How to reserve our Conference Room or Pavilion

Rubenstein Conference Room

The Dade County Library offers a small conference room for Dade County Citizens for public meetings of educational, cultural, and civic groups.

  • The Conference Room is available only during regular library hours.
  • The Conference Room has a 10-person capacity.
  • Reservations of the Conference Room may be made one week in advance.
  • Reservations must include date and time requested, organization name, and the contact's name and information.
  • Library is not responsible for set up.
  • Permission to use the room shall be denied to any group whose purposes or actions are illegal or whose conduct interferes with the activities of the library.
  • Use of the room does not constitute endorsement presented by the users.
  • DCL is not responsible for loss or damage to materials belonging to persons using the room.
