Free Wi-Fi Available
Now in Dade County
Beginning Wednesday, Dec. 1, Dade County Library will provide free unsecured Wi-Fi at three locations: the Dade County Library in Greenfield, Margaret Speight Park in Dadeville, and Main Street in Everton.
This Wi-Fi will replace the Wi-Fi installed last December through funding provided by Dade County CARES Grant and the Dade County Library. Free Wi-Fi will be password protected at each site. Residents will need to drop by Dade County Library during open hours to complete a Wi-Fi agreement and registration form (available December 1)and receive a password for each location. Wi-Fi provided at Dade County Library will retain its current password.
Wi-Fi is accessible 24 hours a day. If assistance is need, please contact Dade County Library at 417-637-5334 during business hours. Each Wi-Fi location is already equipped with equipment to insure that CIPA (Child Internet Protection Act) guidelines are followed.
